Crash’n'Burn

We were asked to take part in an exhibition to showcase the similarities and differences between Japan & Sweden. Our contribution was based on the concept of a big floating landmass and how it crashes through the atmosphere to its impending doom.

The artwork was created on a 1×1 meter  print so it had to feature quite alot of detail, wherever you look you should be able to discover something new! Slightly inspired by Miyazaki with some dark streaks added to it for some extra effect that makes this rather big illustration intresting for more than 10 seconds.
