Champion of the Playground
Are you ready to take on the challenge? Get moving and claim your Champion of the Playground crown! We helped BBH London and Unit9 to create this fruity tower of power!
You know how hard it is to get kids to do some exercise these days? Well the Fruit Shoot people are all about a healthy lifestyle (and squash) so they have been thinking of a good way to get the kids out there to play. The idea is simple; a national league to crown the Champion of the Playground
BBH came up with the idea to encourage kids to do more outdoor activity,with the aid of a special kit that includes a skipping rope and a hacky sack that records your result. We got involved with unit9 to create an on-line place where the kids can show and compare their results with other participants.
A very special leader board with all the participants stacking up one on top of each other to reach the stratosphere, where the coveted crown is found. Kids can create their own avatar and customize it, unlocking new exciting outfits and accessories. We also designed the interface to hold the whole experience together and a set of webcam games, for those rainy days when you just can’t go outside onto the playground.
